Racquel Adams has worked in many sectors of Healthcare. She started her career at PrimeMed Health Supplies as a Director of Operations, where she helped develop and grow the company to be a dominant supplier in the Inland Empire. This led her to Apria Healthcare, a national durable medical equipment supplier. She joined Apria Healthcare as the Southern California Region Human Resources Representative. Racquel provided guidance to over 800 employees in the Southern California Region. She also conducted Human Resource Corporate training for Apria Healthcare to the top-level leadership. This path led Racquel to accepting a position as a Branch Manager for Apria Healthcare in Orange County. She helped streamline asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profitability at the branch. She also increased the branches’ Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) month after month. The profit increased by 32% each year during Racquel’s tenure at the branch. Racquel departed from Apria Healthcare and worked in Human Resources for Prime Healthcare Services. Racquel worked at three Prime Healthcare Services hospitals – Desert Valley Hospital, Montclair Hospital Medical Center and Chino Valley Medical Center. Racquel did oversee and provide guidance in compliance with HFAP, State, Federal and Local laws (COBRA, Wage & Hour, EEOC, Workers Compensation, ADA, FMLA, CFRA, etc.) and Prime Healthcare Services policies and procedures. She also established the Human Resources Corporate Training Program for all locations. Prior to Racquel joining Health Service Alliance, she worked as the Human Resources Manager for East Valley Community Health Center. She managed all segments applicable to Human Resources for over seven locations in Los Angeles County. Racquel has recently joined the Health Service Alliance team in August 2024 as the Chief People Officer. She looks forward to contributing as an integral part of the Health Service Alliance vision.
